Planning permission

The first stage of any building project is to obtain the correct planning permission. We can provide architects to draw initial plans to show what you require.

We can help with the application for planning permission of even take this on for you if your project requires planning permission.

The second stage of planning is to obtain building control approval. This means details plans will be drawn up to show technical and constructional details. These will need to be submitted to your local council.

If you prefer to use a known architect we will be happy to accommodate this and work closely with them.

Time frames for obtaining planning permission vary from council to council and normally range from 6-8 weeks. As an established company we have extensive experience in obtaining planning permission for all types of building projects and are happy to offer this experience with our clients.
